Phronesis Partners strengthens commercial team with appointment of Massimiliano Sarracino

LONDON – FEBRUARY 23, 2026 Phronesis Partners, a global research, analytics and thought leadership advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Massimiliano Sarracino as EMEA Sales Director, strengthening the firm’s commercial leadership as it accelerates expansion across the region. 

Massimiliano Sarracino brings more than two decades of experience leading commercial strategy, sales transformation, and account growth within data-driven and insight-led organisations.  

Most recently, he served for 20 years as Country Manager Italy and Head of Strategic Sales EMEA for WGSN, the global trend forecasting and analytics firm, where he was instrumental in market expansion and leading high-performing commercial teams. 

In his new role, Massimiliano will focus on scaling Phronesis Partners’ presence across EMEA, deepening strategic client partnerships, and expanding the firm’s research and thought leadership solutions for consulting firms, private equity investors, technology companies, and global enterprises.
