Cheryl Dickison is a strategic leader with over 20 years in sales, client success, and digital marketing. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Client Success, Cheryl applies her “art and science” approach to build trusted relationships and deliver measurable client value. Before Phronesis, Cheryl held leadership roles at Forrester Research, including Vice President of Sales, where she led North American account management, developed key strategies for growth, and led a global Salesforce modernization initiative to improve productivity. Her career also includes impactful sales leadership at digital agency, R2integrated, where as a founding team member, she was on the front lines of transforming this regional agency into a nationally recognized, award-winning agency.
Recognized for her commitment to client and company success, Cheryl has earned multiple awards, including Forrester’s Winner’s Circle, Global MVP, and Forrester’s Productivity Optimization Award.
