Phronesis Partners Welcomes Victoria McRitchie as Director of Research and Insights

LONDON – Research, and thought leadership firm, firm Phronesis Partners today announced the appointment of Victoria McRitchie as Director of Research and Insights.

Victoria joins Phronesis Partners with over a decade of experience at Forrester Research, where she spent the past four years leading a Custom Analytics practice within the EMEA Consulting team as a Principal Consultant. Her career spans both public and private sectors, with roles focused on data analysis, market research, and strategy consulting combined with extensive expertise in AI/machine learning, competitive analysis, brand health evaluation, and customer segmentation.

In her new role at Phronesis, Victoria will lead the company’s research and insights business, focusing on innovative, insights-driven strategies that help clients uncover actionable insights to address complex business challenges and drive strategic decision-making.

Her passion for research and insights, combined with her methodical approach to project management, will support Phronesis Partners’ continued growth in delivering top-tier research solutions.
